Hey, just after some ideas on how I can tidy up my fairly messy, fairly stock looking XF engine bay, not looking at spending huge $$$ though.

I'd start with a good hose down
Paint is your best friend when making your engine bay look tidy. there's some good Hi-Temp paints for rocker covers etc. Maybe one of them chrome air filter cover's and Autosol metal polish ($9 and worth every cent)

Try cleaning your washer bottles with bleach and hot water.

put a V8 in it gabtron an yeah a good paint job battery in the boot stip it out an clean an hide it all.....
