i was driving home from work this morning and the van just started to rev with very little drive and now it sounds like it is constantly slipping can any shed any light on this problem..i havent had time to look at it yet but just some possible situations would be good.

It could be a solenoid , I had this happen in my old EF when I first got it . New solenoid , ext bush and transmission sevice made it drive like a new car again .

Have you checked to see if it has enough transmission fluid in it ?

turns out that i have a got a stuffed flow valve in there somewhere so its time a a new transmission boo hoo.. and what pisses my off is the oil was nice and clean and it still shat itself..
