i've seen an eb falcon with a tremec and a hydraulic clutch setup. it just had a cup machined and put into the fork. the slave was mounted on a plate held by the passenger's side gearbox mounting bolts. don't know what was done upstairs though.

Just try finding a cable bellhousing for a 3 speed...nearly all the 3 speeds were hydraulic.
One thing you could investigate for the slave cylinder is using a modern FWD concentric release bearing. These have an annular slave cylinder with the release bearing mounted directly to the end of it, and fit around the input shaft. Should be easy to adapt... I know Saabs have them, and a lot of other stuff too. Just find one with a similar piston area to a Falcon one and it should work fine...

BA onwards have hydraulic setup
BA onwards have those one piece slave+thrust bearing that bolts onto the box over the input shaft aswell

XR to XC had hydraulic Clutch
XE to AU had "manual" cable clutch BA to FG run a hydraulic Clutch you got to think or ask yourself why ford changed to cable then returned to hydraulic

this could help you and save you all your misseries, i have seen this work, and was going to do this conversion to my coon before i sold it.
the very very very first ba xr6 turbo sedans had, (i know i didnt believe it when i first read it either) the left over ed xr8 sprint boxes in them, and were also fitted to run a hydraulic clutch. you need to get the slip ring thrust bearing from one, it will then be pretty much a bolt in setup apart from drilling 2 holes in your firewall, cutting off the cable adjuster, and creating a linkage setup for the master cyl. Do this correctly and you will have a working hydro clutch
