Im running a 750 street performer on my 351 and it isw running too rich

What i am wondering is what kind of jets should i start with to jet it down?

what size jets do you have? What are the specs on the camshaft also? Is the engine a stock rebuild? If so? The carb is too big.

Generally you run 72's in the primaries and 80's in the secondary side. The holley website will verify the stock jet sizes if you look up the part no on there.

save yourself a lot of headaches and have it run on a chassis dyno with a high speed A/F ratio meter like a altronics or motec and a few other good brands of meters.

Spend the money its worth the result , and if you do decided to use a dyno shop make sure you have the gaskets and a hand full of different jet sizes with you , as dyno time is not cheap.

What is recommend via a chart that reads engine size and rpm and horse power out put does not necessarily mean that will work.

it is a guide , never had a carburetor out of a box jetted right straight of nor even carbys built by carby guys jetted supposedly for a specific engine combo right either.

If you don't want to spend the money to run the car on a chassis dyno , you will have to remove the fuel bowls and see what jets sizes are in the carburetor if you don't know it's history.

there are other adjustments to consider also.
