gday iv got an xb ute what im restoring with a 302 clevland and was wondering how big the ports are on 4v heads? can fit 3-4 fingers in the intake ports

4V heads are a waste of time for a street car......all they are good for is a strip or circuit car.....they are best suited for 4,000 rpm to 7,000 rpm.
2V heads with slight oversize valves work just fine for street/strip applications.....with a good intake and exhaust system.
