Hi, i found my brothers old XC falcon ute that he owned when he died, my dad sold it not long after his death and i was wondering how much i should offer to the current owner to get it back, my brother had dreams of restoreing this car and i want to do it for him, ill tell you what i know about it

its an Xc (obviously)
- Duel scoop bonet
- Duel Fuel
- 302C - 280,000km when dad sold it
- 4spd Top Loader
- Repaired ding in the LHR quater (eddys dooing)
- Decent Smack in the drives door (current owners dooing)

what would be a reasonable price to offer the current owner as i want this exact ute back not just one like it

this sounds like a hart felt progect. Without seeing it roughly $500 to $800 maybe $1000 but a car no matter what it is will only get what some one is willing to pay for it. What is it worth to you.
