After some advice, cant find any reference to hand brake connection to the rear calliper.
I am converting from drums on XC sedan to an XD 28 spline borg warner LSD.
the caliper bracket just has a hole of around 8mm, the cable I ordered only has an 90 deg rod, obviously there must be some sort of clip or retainer, any ideas out there?

A few years ago, I fitted an XC disc brake 9" into an XD sedan.
I used an ED sedan parkbrake cable that I shortened at the 'hook' end.....I made a new hook from high tensile steel rod, and fitted this to the shortened end of the cable.....works fine....has been in use now for about 8 years.....no problems yet.
