XE sedans do have leaf springs, my mate has one.
Converted from a 250 to a 351, still using the 6 tailshaft and diff for a few years now, all has been fine. |

never seen a xe with leaf springs how odd and my mate owned a wrecker that specialised in xd-xf and never seen one either the only reason id choose a xe over a xd would be the coil spring rear

XE's definately had coils, the last of the leafs was the XD/ZJ/FC in the sedans. There are a lot of XD's getting around with XE fronts on them though.
