If one was looking to buy a xd-xf seden to fit 351 to, or with one in it, apart from the obvious changes in looks, what difference in the 3 models is there? And what makes which model better?

Im mainly wondering about susspension, handling and braking?

Cheers.

Ride: 5.0 AU's and 5.0 Maverick

Power: 139 rwkw

Location: Sydney West

XD a Clevo bolts straight into and has leaf springs. Easy to put a 9" under it. Direct bolt up.
XE a Clevo bolts straight in but has a Watts link a*** end with coil suspension. Needs to have a 9" modified to be put in. Once again easy enough to have done but can be expensive. can handle slightly better but then leafs.
XF firewall and heater box modifications required to fit a clevo. Same rear as an XE.
Personally on a serious build I would lean towards an XD but if your not chasing heaps of power an XE with an E series 4 pinion 28 spline diff.
