my question is i got a rust free xf shell sitting doing nothin can we pull all the stuff of the xe and put it on the xf shell the only real difference we can see is that the fierwall on the xf has a bolge on the passanger side where the heater box is will this be a problume.

we think we wont have any hassels with the quarter guarsd, doors, head lights, tail lights thay should bolt on hay.

Shouldn't be too hard  as I've seen XE's upgraded to XF's for a V8 legal XF so it is possible.

it will all bolt on but it will at the end of the day be an XF now

might look like an XE but wil have to be reg'd as an XF and any polution gear will have to be upto XF standard

The XF has the heater hose holes in a different spot to an XE, and the under dash heater/a.c. box is different too.......easier to find another XE body maybe...????.....and I remember some thing about the speedo transducers/speedo mechanism being different too....????
