I tried to fit a centre console from an XF Ghia into my XF s pack ute. The front mounts ok, its a bit low for the t-bar plate, but the back of tghe console sits too high (or maybe the console bin is too deep).

How do you make this console fit your ute? I am after anyone who has converted their ute interior into an XF Ghia interior. Later on, I may fit XF Ghia seats.

it should fit straight in, you'll find the front has dropped down, look at the front of the console, there is a forked steel plate either side at the front, thats what supports the console at the front (look under the dash with the console in and you should see a couple of screws, undo these a lil and it'll fit properly front and rear
