Ive owned my grandads 94 XG falcon for 4 years now, its been great so far, but things are beginning to wear out. Having been searching the wreckers for the last two days for little plastic clips and s**t which are nowhere to be found, ive decided to just buy a donor car. Wanting to check if anyone had any advice as to how much an XF differs in parts from an XG or variations between years of the XG. Ideally il just get a 94.

Haven't owned one, but, I believe the XF was the old 4.1 litre, same as XD/XE, while the XG was the same dash/engine/trans as the EA/EB 4.0 litre.
Anyone ? If it's just clips etc, you're after, have you tried auto parts shops? You can buy Xmas tree clips, speed nuts, trim clips and such in little grab packs. Or you could try a motor trimmer. |
