Hi guys new to the forum have a turboed xh ute now had car in a shop and had gearbox out just wondering wherr wiring plugs into as have the speedo drive set in the gearbox with plug but dnt no where that plugs into

i'm presuming it's a manual box? .... should be wiring hanging down from the back of the motor/firewall. unless someone has removed it.

Yeh is a manual box its not standard anymore also so worried when pulling apart its had the harness thrown away would it of plugged into little box on top of manifold

there should be a wiring connecter near the firewall at the back of the inlet manifold for it i believe [unsure of the EF/EL/XH]. for the EA-ED there's a round plug for the auto & rectangle plug for the manual.

If it's an XHII, that loom won't have the two plugs on the far left, the wires go into a large block connector between no5 & 6 inlet runner.

Damn it mine is series 2 and i dnt have that anymore as i had it rewired up with au motor and tunnel vision plenum if i can get the black box is it hard to re wire into a microtech ecu
