Just use the XF stubs, etc. You will need to use a space between the XT tie rod end and the XF steering arm, but apart from that it should all bolt straight up. Make sure you use a brake booster, and change the rear wheel cylinders to suit a disc/drum car. Try and use as much of the XF stuff as possible.

I saw xt wagon at the palmer hot rod show with a power booster for the brakes, most of them didnt have them, im not sure but i think it was only on the v8. The funny thing was the booster was mounted on the passenger side of the vehicle and faced into the engine bay from the side of the car on a bracket. It didnt mount onto the fire wall, it mounted in between the fire wall and strut tower,The owner said it was factory and they done it like that because there was not enough depth between the fire wall and the strut tower to fit the power boosters of the era.
