Sorry about that, I have been asked 3 times today at work for this tensioner, most unusual :D
Now, the Serpentine belt one is a little different in size :D
Part number BA 6B209 A $107.00.

If you read you will see that I am asking for a price on the pullysw only not the tensioner setup itself. I know what I ask for and I don't waste George's time with stupid questions.

OK, water pump AU2 8501 KTPP $109.00 has pulley in box and is cheaper than just the pump
Adjuster BA 6B209 A $107.20 Pulley BA 8A617 A $32.20

Thanks George, I was going to ask the price difference between the EF/EL pullys and the BA/BF ones but I saw Greenmachine price the EF stock. Actually expected the BA to be cheaper. Thanks again

The BA pulley comes with a bolt as part of it and the lower pulley can only be bought with the tensioner, hence the increased price.

The Clutch cable clevis is XC 7664 A $12.80 (always a good idea to change) and the bushes
XF 7B605 A $6.55 each.

As to the adjuster clips for the headlight, Ford never serviced them separately, a pity. You might have some luck with http://www.twinlight.com.au/.

Twinlight won't be able to help as they use a different adjustment system, you move the front cover and adjust at the front, unlike the Ford units which adjust at the rear. I have both cars fitted with Twinlights.

SWC...

Twinlight do sell head lamps that fit the factory XR set up... Which are the ones pictured... The lights they sell for the XR set up are different to the ones that suit their twin lights...

If they can get one genuine (that look genuine in photos) lights to fit the factory XR set up they may be able to get the adjuster clips separately...

I would like to know how you go millard as I have a couple of broken ones too in my spare lights...

Cheers,
Tim

Thanks Tim I stand corrected. I knew he was trying to source replacements for the factory XR lights but didn't know he had done it. Been a while since I was in touch or on his site. Hope he has the pieces your looking for. If he sells the replacement lights I am sure he can get the bits your after.
