Any ideas if the suspension parts that make an RTV taller can be bought and fitted to an AU and their cost?

Thanks.

Thanks.

Both front crossmembers are different and the one under the engine has 2 extra brackets fitted, the Stub Axles are different, front springs and shocks are RTV specific, Rear shocks, rear springs and the RTV has tramp rods plus a spring spacer fitted.

It would be viable if you HAD an RTV but to buy parts, especially new, would negate the usefulness of the change.
The total cost of all the parts that would need to be changed is $5487.00

Ummm, my EB11 didn't have a center bump stop from factory, but I think EF-EL did.

I know the wagon does.

Cheers

Hi George,

I'm looking for the retaining bracket for the XH ute tailgate weather strip. Mine has rusted and needs replacing. Are they still available and what do they cost?

Thanks, Tom

That particular number is now obsolete and was listed for Tickford vehicles, there is a satndard one still available number XA 4730 A $14.35.
Harrigan Ford in Wollongong is shwoing 1 EC 4T000 A
From what the microcat says, all the sedans and wagons had one.

Tom, the retianer is now obsolete, there are 5 dealers Australia wide who have stock. This item costs $49.00 new but you may be able to get a decent one from the wreckers, they are the same from XA utes onwars.

Hi George,
A couple of queries in regards to AU BA and BF dedicated LPG ute tanks. First, are they all the same? Second, do you know if the two tanks are classed as separate items, as in do each have their own compliance plates?
Would you have an exploded view and capacity details?
Thanks as always George

The AU/BA/BF/FG tanks are the same R/H AUC 9K007 A $1350.00, L/H AUC 9K007 B $977.00.
The Tanks are Separate, as to capacity, we don't have that info but I am trying to get it. :)
