Hey George

Took the NF out on my first drive in really wet rain today and when i got home i noticed water had gotten up the bottom of the door onto the kick panels so after a little bit of a inspection i noticed the bottom of the NFs drive door rubber was completely gutted

could u give me a quote on a replacement rubber for the door

just wondering if its worth fixing or not

I think you would have a tough job fitting the AU/BA ones.

The door rubbers have been obsolete for a long time on EF/EL NF/NL, about the only thing I could think of would be to get an AU/BA type rubber and cut&shut to fit and the sikaflex the ends together after cutting. http://www.sika.com.au/cmi/automotiveline.htm

Hi George,
Are you able to ID a single rail gearbox? It was out of an XE 302 sedan but am not sure if it was original. The plate number is:
84DA-7003-BA
0503-03823416
Cheers, Ash

The part number is from an XE/XF falcon and from what I can gather a 4.9 lt.
The number underneath is the BW number.

Mine are shot but I need a shorter shock as I'm running SL springs on the back
And can you tell me what they're worth ?
Cheers

BA 18080 G are the rear shocks for XR6/8, GT/GT-P, F6, Force versions except late F6 from 2006 and GT from 2007. The price is $186.10 each retail. They are meant for the lower springs fitted to BA/BF rear.

Can I please have the price for a waterpump to suit AU I6 VCT? Do they come with pulley, Heater Pipe O ring and gaskets? I'm not using aftermarket again....

Also, I need a few Motorcraft AFL1-MC? (the Z9 equivalent.)

I now live a long way from any Ford Dealers (and the nearest one is useless), would you be interested in sending me some? Willing to take 4. If thats not viable for you, no worries :D

Thanks again mate.

G'day, Do ford still sell the EB/ED V8 accelerator cable?

I'm bidding on eBay for one and it's currently at $90, just need to know if i should keep bidding (unavailable from Ford) or stop bidding and buy from Ford. Ford NZ list them as obsolete.

Is that the plastic box thing that goes at the base of the spacecab? Surely it can't be the net?

It's the Cabin Tidy that goes behind the front seats, not a bad unit but they rattle after a while. :)
