That is a Coolant level sensor for an XF falcon, usually fitted in Ghias and Fairlanes/LTD.

Hello Papa Smurf
I have a 1996 Fairlane Ghia Concorde (grey interior, cardinel red exterior - trying to keep original, not easy, some things I need
I see you have already checked on silver strips (mine are peeling) in front, rear bumpers and side doors. Is there anything else I can use.
Rear seat belts with plastic clip (just behind the head rests) - middle belt not required
Front carpet mats (with concorde along the side) or ghia mats???
Timber trim on doors starting to fall off (they're plastic) I just bought 4 s/hand from a fairmont (they are timber and same colouring as the timber steering wheel). now require timber piece around the gear lever??
also own a 1991 GL laser sedan.
need new rubbers along the top of the external door panel (bottom of window)
and blinker, light & wiper control needs replacing.
can you help or advise please.
only found these forums recently
regards

Yes they do, part number EDC 3B584A costs $90.00 retail. You should try a steering place and see if Reco units are still available as well. :)

Sure can, part number BA 9N454A up to 30/09/2005 $58.00 and from 01/10/2005 BAF 9N454A $63.50.
I hope that you were referring to the heat shield over the exhaust manifolds? :)

Yes you can still buy them. They are the same for ALL EF/EL, part number EF F100A36A R/H $61.50 and EF F100A37A L/H $61.50 also. In case you need them, the clips are also available EF F24749A, total of 22 for thr vehicle, $3.50 each.

I am sure that Harrigans should be able to get them for you.

You are welcome. The R/H mirror is 9R7Z 17682BAW $247.00 and the L/H 9R7Z 17683BAW also $247.00. These come unpainted so you will have to get some to do the job. In Sydney there is a place called VG Auto Paints, maybe you have similar in Vic? these people can make a spray can of any colour you want http://wwwvgautopaints.rtrk.com.au/?sci ... kw=4070695

There are 2 chrome parts to the applique, The main one is SX A41018B $309.00 and the Centre piece is SX A425B20BP $400.00.
