Hi George
Are you able to get me a price on a BF XR8 Throttle Body? From what I understand they are actually 80mm compared to the 6's 70mm. I'm thinking if they cheap enough then prolly a good idea to fit up before I get the tune.
Thanks mate
Cheers
Phil

You would be looking at $375.00

Sorry it took so long, I wasn't at work on Friday, had to go to a OH&S seminar.

Part number EF 9D290 A $58.50

Thats cool George. Thanks for your help. How goes the recovery?

Also need price on the one way valve on the XR6 Turbo PCV line. Hope you understand which one I mean. Also do you have a price for the RH Front door actuator or are the all the same?

My Leg and Foot are getting slowly better thanks to the Paw Paw cream that has been advertised on today tonight and I think also Current affair.

The valve you can buy separately for $12.00 BA 2K434 A or the valve plus hoses for $33.00 BA 6C342 A

The door actuator is the same from AU to BF but they are all different RH and LH, F&R.
BAF F21812 A $155.00 and the patch harness is BAF 14A584 AMC $12.90

Thanks for the info Dave, I definitely don't want to lose bottom end torque.

George - thanks for the price - pretty reasonable I thought

Cheers

You will pick up any gain with an 80mm throttle body, you will actually loose bottom end torque. big throttle bodies are only just needed with cars with MASSIVE head work or in boost applications. Putting a bigger throttle body on a stock (albeit tuned) motor will not yeild any gains. you will just be wasting your money.

cheers george, the different spoiler part numbers leads me to believe they are different in some way, perhaps there is a slight difference in sizing to suit the bf vs fg bootlid. will have to search some fpv pics online to see if i can spot anything.

Unfortunately AU was the last vehicle that you could buy seat material for, BA and onwards Ford do not service any.

Hi George,

Do you know if BA Fairlane and BA Fairmont clusters are the same? I think some may have fancy facias and some not?
Ghia and Fairlane are the same but Fairmont is listed as different.

Could I also please have a retail on G220 driving lights? Are they single units or kits, mine are completely missing as is the lower bar so am unsure if there are any specific brackets or if they just screw to the back of the bumpers?
Cheers

The cornering lights you can buy separately but work out too expensive, the lights are $100.00 R/H and $90.00 L/H and if the wiring is missing it costs $163.00
There is an alternative and that is to buy the kit Ford put out for these. BA 13200 BK1T $205.00.
They screw inot the lower grille and into the bar. You would have to do a little bit of modification to the lower grille to fit but all the intructions to do this are in the kit.

I am guessing that this is an AU/BA/BF ute? The thing you are after is called a Cabin Tidy, goes behind the seats. Part Number is AUC 64319 A $448.20.

Part Number: AUC 64319 A
