Unfortunately AU was the last vehicle that you could buy seat material for, BA and onwards Ford do not service any.

Headlight is $238.40 and an adaptor harness because these headlights are AU2, $55.00

There is still a transmission available for the TE/TS/TL50. :)
Series 1 TAU 7000 A $6725.00, series II/III TAU2 7000 A $9240.60 and the standard XR8 II/III AU2 7000 B $9435.90.

Ford still has one of each of these and they weigh 100 kgs each :)

The PCV valve is AEV 13 $11.00 and the grommet F6AZ 6A892 BA $24.00

100 kg! No wonder I have busted my pooper valve everytime I have removed a BTR.
That price for a brand new box is actually pretty reasonable all things considering. Do they come with the convertor as well?

AFAIK they DO come with the convertor.

my mate is soo big he can walk round carrying my old btr all day lol, wow rebuilding it seems a much better idea, how much does a t5 weigh?

about 1/2 that! Yeah full rebuild is on the way for the box, new kevlar bands throughout, replace solenoids etc. I just found a way to get rid of some more money!

George, thank you for your help, I now know why ford actually has one or two of these still in stock!
