I have brought a quad exhaust for my BA Fairmont and it will have dual tips coming out of each side, there is nowhere to attach the second half of the exhaust. I know I could make a bracket up myself just wanted to see how much an original would cost. thanks The Twin exhaust bracket is BAFT 5C2258 A $78.00 and the rubber hanger BAF 5F262 C $7.00 Thanks for that, is this all I will need? Or is there another bracket hiding somewhere I can't see that I'll need. |

Cheers Dan I think you would be better advised to buy one from someone like EBay. The Genuine Ford one is $260.75 part number 1R3Z 15520 AA. I found a couple of places you can get for under US$50.00. http://www.ebay.com/ctg/Motorcraft-SW58 ... /78933719# US$34.00 http://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/x,carcode ... witch.html US$30.00 |

Hi Papa Smurf, can you please tell me the price and part number for these?
I was chasing the side mould from the rear wheel arch of BA Fairlane's, the ones without the chrome inserts. I plan to use them with by BA wagon so obviously the chrome insert ones won't suit. Cheers

Cheers Well, it's a pity you couldn't use the later ones with the insert as they are cheap. The ones you want are BF F291A34 AP and BF F291A35 AP $142.30 each, almost 3 times more than the later ones. |

Hi George,
Can you tell me if the steering rack for an EF is the same for 6 and V8 apart from the fact that the V8 one does not have the pressure sensor. I know the mounts will be the same but what about the steering spline and the hose fittings? Thanks in advance. |

I might chase them up from a wreck sometime.

Gday papa smurf.
I have fitted a new xr6 cam in my series 2 au fairmont with intech motor. The idea is to bring it up to xr 6 hp specs. Could you tell me the part no for an Au series 2 xr 6 hp auto ecu. I believe it starts R1R23 ? Also could you confirm if the xr 6 hp fuel pressure regulator is 270 kpa or 3.5 bar. I already have the cam fitted so its just the ecu and fuel regulator that is the issue. Cheers Damo |

The ECU, R1R23 12A650 VC $1346.00 that is the retail price for it. |
