ba/bf xr 4 speed leather shifter.
Thanks heaps. you provide an invaluable service for Fordmods.

EF Gli?Futura headlight covers EF13000 A $90.00 EL Gli EL 13000 A $93.00, the Fairmont/Ghia/Fairlane/LTD ones are EF13000 B $90.00

The BA/BF leather boots are Tickford specific and prices start at $214.00 and go up to $423.00. You may have trouble buying a Genuine Ford one as they are supposed to be ONLY sold as replacements for Tickford Vehicles

hey papa smurf i got a mission of a question for you will a EL/EF alternator bold up to a ED if the drive pully is changed as the wiring plugs look the same ? would the mounting point where the bolts go be the same as im looking at a 110 amp instead of the crappy 70 amp?

i can answer that.. not directly,, the pulley wont interchange( i already tried that)
however you can modify the ed bracket to accept the ef alternator and use the ef 6 rib pulley on the ed 4 rip belt...and if your car has the mitsubishi brand alternator the plug is the same..

thanks for that but I seem to have left some important info out. Sorry.

Things I was after were ef/el XR headlight protectors. And the actual ba/bf 4 speed leather gear knob/grip.

Thanks again and sorry for the stuff up.

That's ok matey, the XR headlight covers are obsolete unfortunately. The BA leather and Aluminium 5 speed and 6 speed gear knobs are approximately the same price, $125.00-$129.00.

It's a shame that people have to do that sort of thing, I believe it is out of jealousy that they do it, little buggers.

The front guard badges are still available part number EETVE 16098 A $40.00 each and the Tickford wings EETVE 16098 C $23.50 each. The rear badge is part number EETVE F42528 A $29.00.

If you need them, I may be able to help you by sending them for a little less $$$. Seeing as you are in the middle of nowhere :D I just took a look at a Google map  I see you are not too far from a very famous place, Scrubby creek. The Song the Sheik of Scrubby Creek. :D

George,

Would you happen to know if part no 81AG-13464-AA is still available. Its the insert that holds the globes for the taillights on the ED. Mine is shagged and i have issues with the indicator occasionally working, as well as no brake light on the left hand side.

Cheers
Brett
