Hi Papa Smurf.

Can you please check on the availability and prices for an E series T5 Clutch Fork, the Pivot Pin that the clutch fork hooks onto, and a thrust bearing?

Many thanks.

Cheers
BenJ

Are the headbolts the same between E series and A series i6? Also, the AU MLS headgaskets, are they still available?

Hi George
Is the underbonnet sticker for the serpentine arrangement still available for an EL XR8?
Better still are the full set of underbonnet stickers still available?
By the way the keys all work great!
Matt

The Clutch Lever is XFL 7515 A $180.00, the Pivot bolt V800090 S2 $33.00 and the bearing
XDF 7548 F $126.00. The bush for the lever that pulls out mostly is available, part number
XFL 7L588 A $41.00.

All available still and I will check tomorrow to see if we have them all :)

Cheers George for looking all that up for me.

Will work out what I want to do. I might have some damaged parts, but won't know until I pull the T5 out and can inspect things properley.

Are the door trim lights between EF/L, AU, and BA different? I want a set. What sort of $$ am I looking at? Nobody wants to sell them secondhand.

Thanks Papa Smurf.

All EF/EL door trims are obsolete and the AU/BA style door trims will not fit the EA-EL doors. One of the members on here manage to make them fit but I doubt you would want to go to the trouble he went to

Also, there is a guy on the Forum who has a set of EF/EL fairmont ghias, maybe he would be a good person to ask? His handle is Lay3Dlow.

Just to clarify this PapaSmurf, I meant the little lights in the corners of the doortrims. NF/NL, DF/DL and EL Ghias had them. They were courtesy lights, oval shaped. High Series AUs had them too. Are they available, and the same on AU or not? I didn't mean the doortrims :P

Off to Ford now to order my badge and bootlid plugs.

The lamps of the EF/EL range are obsolete but the ones for the AU are available. AU 13777 A6 is the number, $36.50 each. :)

I need something else before I forget too. Is any of the exhaust system available for an AU 1 XR6 VCT? If so, what price?

I haven't tried aftermarket yet. I think I just need the tailpipe, but the whole system is different for the VCT, goes to twin pipes for a section and has tricky mufflers and stuff. I have a feeling this will hurt. Its the missuss's car, so I don't want to slap on a noisy system, and we have replaced everything with genuine so far.

Thanks PapaSmurf.

Matey, SHOCK COMING

The front muffler AUTVE 5230 A $1371.00, rear muffler AU2TVE 5K214 BA $1616.70.

I would be looking at a nice MADE system. :D
