Hey guys im new here and was just wondering if theres a workshop manual for EL xr6 falcons, Also did ford change the wiring between EF and EL? Having a bit of trouble with wiring in EL XR6 with auto to manual conversion as all the wires in the tech doco from here must be EF?

Hey mate, im in the wairarapa at the moment too, and the masterton library have a bunch of the hayes manuals. Just ask at the desk. They didnt have any for my eb but they had later ones so maybe yours will be there. Best of luck and let me know how you get on.

You'll have to be logged in to view this...

This is the auto wiring guide for an EL...

Remembering all a manual has is the speedo sender, reverse light, and maybe a sensor for top gear or something like that?

On the ED there is two plugs... One with heaps of pins for the auto for gear changes and the second that both auto and manual use for reverse lights, speedo, etc... El's might have something similar?
