Great doco ,will help alot of people. One more point to add, if master cylinder is reasonably full it pays to drain off a bit of fluid before pressing caliper pistons back in. found this out the hard way. Easy to use a syringe for this purpose.

if its the front brakes your referring to, you need a sharp solid object like a chizel or a screwdriver to pry the cap off.
from there, you will have a nut with a clip/split pin arrangement, the latter to hold the nut in place. take it all off and your rotor shold come right out.

the back brakes are easy - make sure handbrake is down, pull caliper/bracket off and gently tap the back of the disc with a hammer (or use a rubber hammer and you can knock it a bit harder).

yep, if the caliper AND the bracket holding the caliper on, have been taken off.
if it does not budge, spray a little wd40 around the 5 studs and the centre hub as they rust up there. once its off, it will expose the drum setup inside.

You will need DB1473 for the front. There are a LOT of different brand but the better ones are Bendix. Without knowing what brakes you have? they could be PBR calipers or? Your V.I.N would be very helpful so I can give you a better answer. These would be okay too but not as good? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TG-Brake-Pad ... SwubRXMHdO These ones too? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/BA-BF-XT-FG- ... G6wEiNGeXw These are the Bendix ones, a better buy in my opinion. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Bendix-Front ... I got repco brakes, the box said they were ceramic and they only cost $60. I'll see how they go with dust in the next week, there's a good video on how to change front brake pads by chrisfix on YouTube
