Yes please,

As a girl (and there is nothing wrong with that) I would love to learn a few of the basics to reduce the cost of having to go to a mechanic and increase the life of my ford.

I am especially interested in how to change the belts, I need to do that now but have no visuals of where things are in the car and where to start.

i forgot all about this thread. i replaced the rotors on my falcon the other week, never even though of taking pics.
Kind of just took it for granted that everyone knows how lol.

in a couple weeks i will be doing a service, might pull one rotor off just for kicks and take pics.

Maybe stuff specific to particular models would be good too.. for instance, BA XR6T's usually need their exhaust manifold bolts tightened every service, and the boost solonoid lubricated in addition to the usual stuff.

Excellent idea considering everytime I go to a mechanic I cant but feel that I am getting ripped off.

Also on the BA's the heat cover on the exhaust comes loose as. So this needs to be tightened.
