would people be interested in this kind of document, i dont mind writing up some docco and taking some pics, on doing simple service things on falcons such as changine brake pads, changin fuel filter, oil filter checking spark plugs and leads etc.
basically things that people pay for in a service that are really easy to do. comments? |

yes. it should be done. i cant do anything past an oil and filter change and the occasional coolent flush. i would like to know how to save a few more dollars being the tight prick that i am

yeh would be a good idea plenty of threads get raised on how to change brake pads, bleed the brake lines etc so would be handy.

could just photocopy the pages out of a service manual or retype them up aye - i've got 4 different ones sitting here if you need!

Nah photos from a member would be useful, as they can add the little added touches in mspaint.
But id say go for it, save me spending money paying for people to do something that i could be doing.

yeah be nice to have some large nice colour photos, ill make it a very beginners guide some of the manuals are very poor, ill start working on it tomorrow seems a few people would be interested. ill try cover everything i know thats basic.

Yeah one for BA's would be good too.
My parents just got charged 200 bucks from fraud for a service, would be good to know how to do it for them.

have a BA on hand i dont htink my pares would be happy about it being pulled apart though lol, i think the principles will be the same though, might be able to take some shots of the ba though.
