I've replaced mine with some slightly better 2nd hand ones. My old ones were ripped and look ugly so I swapped them over myself. It should be less then an hours work to replace both front seat belts.
IIRC I paid $80 for a pair 2nd hand. phong =P~

you have to remove the plastic trim that covers the seat belt unit. Then remove the bolts that hold the seat belt into place. Can't remember how many bolts but there is one that holds the end of the belt to the bottom. There might be 2 bolts that hold a metal guide to the B-Pillar frame half way up, that metal piece guides the belt over your shoulder (there are adjustable ones so be careful which one you get) and then there are a couple of bolts that hold the winding unit into place at the bottom of the B-Pillar frame.
I don't remember the exact steps, but plastic trim that covers the seat belt mechanisms must be removed, and from there it is pretty straight forward. phong =P~
