What if you've got an eb1?
Use same diagram and instructions as Eb2-ED?

That'd be great.
Looking to do this cheap instead of dishing out for one off ebay.
Any other tools or skills i should have other than knowing how to use a soldering iron?

Thanks man those diagrams definitly make it a hell of alot easier to understand. I havent had an oppurtunity to buy the parts yet but I'll be building it ASAP.

Edit: Went to d**k and bought the wire and a DP3T 6A Toggle switch. Can anyone help with ensuring that the switch is the right one because it has 6 prongs on the bottom to attach wires to, which doesnt quite add up with the description of everyone elses.
(like this one: http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.as ... BCATID=448)
Also, they had no 10 watt resistors. What pots or other resistors can i use instead?

thats the right switch you just use 1 side of the switch.
10 watts are the best for this i think.
you can use a 5ohm 15 watt pot its the only 15 watt pot jaycar have
