Would there be any interest for a Tech Doc on the easiest possible way with the least amount of tools, of changing the distributor on a Ford 6 ?. The best one for an example would be an EL coz they're the worst with their manifold setup, then this could be easily adapted to any E series 6. (I know the EF does'nt have a dizzy) Anyway please let me know. Cheers.

take the leads off, the cap off and start working down. you should be able to pull the whole lot out with out the manifold in the way. taking the air box out will make life easy for you too

sure.. you can write a doco and send it to admin if you like..
but imo removing a dizzy is a fairly simple thing to do in ea to el. |
