Is it worth changing the diff ratio in a au ute ( 5 speed I6) from 3.23 to 3.45 lsd? Would there be any desent gains and would ecnomy be affected much? thanks

most will say YES.
I've gone from 3.23:1 to 3.45 etc and found 3.23:1 suits my engine and t5 combo perfectly.

Fuel economy shouldn't suffer that much although your speedo will read slightly less than the speed you are going and the ute will carry a full load a little easier.
