hey i found a 5 speed for sale and was wondering how it would fit in a xc 302 v8. this is it : Ford Borg Warner 5 speed manual gearbox, complete from pedal to diff, suit XD-E-F, model 0507-XXX
what ya think? |

if its the one i'm thinking of, it'll last about 5 minutes...... if you're REALLY gentle with it......
the 5 speed from XE's/early XF's was the same as the one in sigma's apparently..... nuff said there methinks find a T5, it'll last a lil longer

yeah interceptor is right, theyre the weak ones.
you want the 5-speed out of the xf, or even better ef/el.
