Hey all,
I need a new rear diff plate for my EL. It's the plate which the tract rods connect, does anyone know if ford still stock them? The number on the plate is 0478... Something ( half the number was broken off ).

You must use an EL plate, .....EF back to XE are different.

Don't the au ones fit the el diff too? Apparently they have the best handling out of all of them. Is that true?

Turns out the axle is as bent as a banana... Is there any difference between the standard and XR axles?

At first I was worried the whole diff assembly would need to be replaced, but once we jacked it up the hangers etc. I could see straight away that the back plate was stuffed, but today I had a better look and notice the axle was bent.
