I have a automatic 98 falcon au forte sedan. My reverse lights don't work. I've tried new bulbs but still nothing. My car also won't start in park. I have to be in neutral. Someone said it could be a switch in the gear box.

yeah switch could be either loose where it mounts up or faulty. have someone standing behind car [whilst running] & go thru the gears from park. this should show if reverse lights work otherwise check fuses [re reverse lights]
