I have done a few searches but i cant seem to find any information about it.

I have a 97 EL with the bosch 5.3 ABS. Ive had a few bad experiences with the ABS on dirt and mud, which happens quite often as i live on a dirt road. However its saved me from lockups a few times in the wet in bitumen, so i dont want to get rid of it completely. I really want a way to disable the ABS while on the move, when i get to the dirt road. Ideally the ABS light would light up, that way i woulddnt forget that i had turned it off. I have the loom to the ABS unit out atm, so now would be the ideal time to put a relay on a wire with a switch inside the car. I have thought about doing it to the main active to the abs, but if theres a lower current and easier way to disable it temporarily, i would prefer that!!
