How would one fit a tranny cooler to a 6sp auto BF???
They have a water to oil cooler mounted on the side of the engine (pass. side). The lines are those hard plastic type with quick click connectors.
The water side of it appears to have its own thermostat too, coccooned in a plastic housing, not unlike some European cars.
The cooler is made by KTM, same mob that make motorbikes.

mmm dude that looks like a pretty good cooler
way better idea than using the old style radiator jobby.

by the looks of it if you wanted extra cooling you may need to cut the clips off and extend the hose

OR remove those hoses from the gearbox end cooler and add your own?

or add a small 12v fan ontot eh cooler?

I remember reading that people were having trouble connecting big oil coolers to the ZF's? Something bout the transmission not liking it.
