Those *should* work, generally they are used with shocks that have a 2" diametre, i imagine these would be fairly close.
normally you need to make a platform for the bags to sit on. you'll also need to check the diametre of the bags when deflated to ensure they won't rub on anything.

Humm ok well the low springs/air shocks sounds like a plan!
But alot of people have said you can't over stress them otherwise BANG! That burn'in customs dose a kit for the AU-BA but they use a different rear suspension setup to the E series A set of bags cost $600~ with nothing else A set of low springs (all four) is $250~ ,Shocks are $200 set and a compresor, valves, tank, and control gear would be around $280~ Hurrmmmm

You wont over load air shocks unless your carrying a semi.
If you are just using them for height adjustments they will be fine. as i said earlier you can put 180psi in them. Call monroe and have a chat with one of their tech guys.
