we can highly doubt that ford would have the balls to do something like that. especially since the magna awd, and the commodore awds were all not that sucessful.

i think it will make it easier for someone talented enough to do it down the track themselves though

The problem with the magna, is well it was a magna - not exactly what performance car buyers think of first.

The problem with the common AWD's, was the s**t AWD system, it needed the V8 to drive it (hence, until the Alloytec, there was no V6 option), and it's rather weak, why the HSV Coupe4 never got the 6L LS2, it kept the 5.7L

The Territory AWD system on the other hand is very good.

I'd BUY a AWD F6 or GT no worries.

yeah, very true on both counts, but i still feel ford would be too nervous to do anything about it. they arent the most adventurous company these days.

that said, i reckon an awd GT would be the ducks nuts as well.

You can have your F6 AWD now, called a F6X

GT might be an issue due to the Terror's front differential and transfer case design.

An AWD system is just going to make it heavier, therefore slower. We won't be sticking it to s**t, just the road...
