Hi, I have Koni Yellow shocks (front) & Koni red (rear) for my EF. Is it best to leave the settings as they come packed and just fit them? I guess they are on the softest setting & what Koni think would suit best? It's a bit hard to do experimentation when you have to remove the rear springs to alter the setting of the Red's. The adjustable part is mainly to compensate for wear and tear according to some things I've read.
I have ultra low king spings which migh affect what I should do. thanks for your help

It is for wear and it only sets rebound. You just need to drop the shocks and leave the springs.
I reset my Reds 180 degrees to stiffen it up and it feels great.

I'd find a setting you are happy with. I have Red's all round set on full hard.....

I have reds on the back of my EF wagon, tightened up half a turn. They give great control, but are not harsh.
