exactly, he abuses other members and tells them they dont know what they are doing and to pay a mechanic, then asks how to service a transmission or whats wrong with his transmission and expects help, further more he thinks his car is 11ty billion times better than any other car on the forum just because he owns it,i hope he never logs back onto fmods

If car is ever sold, it will be the only B series car to ever make a profit over the factory listed price. Everytime he talks about it or drives it he is adding value to the eventual price tag. I think that Bry40l is getting at right?

Good to hear you are getting something done about it. Mods and other members are here to remind all of us when we are stepping out of line. So if we can head these warnings we will all be the better for it.

Is the jolt you mention like a loud audible thump coming from the gear box under the car, or is it like the engine is suffering from like a single miss fire, and does it give a thump only when its under load? if so it might not be the gear box, if you can try swapping the coil packs and spark plugs,
a lot of people make the same mistake and wast money on all sorts of things not realising how fragile some parts are the older they get like coil packs and ignition modules and when they start to fail they usually get a very slight miss when the engine is under load.

Hey, No its not a loud thump, its only felt.and only between a certain speed range when under load. MY car got serviced today, spark plugs got replaced. engine lights up alot better.:)
Was told the old ones where very worn out.
who knows how long they have been in there,(very black burnt ends).. only had the car for 14 months, and ive done 18000 ks since purchased. also have only done 1 trans service just after i bought the car. so about a year ago i got the trans serviced. booked in again for mid jan then hopefully ill still have enough for a tune.
so i will suss out tomorrow if sparks where the issue.
Thanks for your input.

Spark plugs, deffinitly didn't solve it.
I've been told on another forum it's most likely the torque converter playing up.
