Your problem seems to lie in the ECU and the BEM.
Basically the S2 is smartsheild, and the S1 is smartlock, hence they units are not talking to each other. Either put the series 1 ECU and BEM in or run it with the S2 stuff

typical stupid 'smart'lock, it's more of a hindrance to modifiers than theives.
