has any one ever had to replace front wheel bearings in an au 2 thay say that they are non servisable do u have to buy new hubs

yes, the bearing is servied in the hub as one piece. makes it an easy fairly clean job. just unbolt it then put the new one on.

and the nut is a one piece thing, you dont pull the outer cage apart like many poeple have done and wonder why it wont go back on.

That nut is 35mm in diameter. And its fairly tight.

35mm doesnt sound right. i thought they were 32mm but i have been wrong before. yeah and very tight too.
