hey guys
does anyone know what the rear driveshaft/hub nut on au irs is supposed to be torqued to??

ive made a few calls to suspension places and diff places and I don't get a good answer, some just say do it really tight, another said they just do it up by rattle gun,
pedders told me that au don't have irs...lmao..

I know the front hub nut on au is 305nm, after some net browsing I found a mention of 350nm, but I think that's a bit much, there was a mention of ba being 285nm but no real confirmation...

if anyone has a factory manual could they please look it up or if you know for sure please let me know... atm ive done it up to 220nm because that's as high as my torque wrench goes....

I would say just at a guess that it should be as tight as the front hubs, atleast thats what id do.

I was concerned about torque specs of the hubs , not because of expense, more because of safety..

It is Ford's workshop manuals which are all online now, the old hard copy dealer issue manuals are a thing of the past now (i am a Ford dealer)
