hey just wondering if you can use au stub axle/hubs and axles to convert earlier eseries to au stud pattern and also use au big brake upgrades??

the stud pattern is the same...
its the offset that is different..
and no au stub axles wont fit. the only thing that can be done is an aftermarket brake upgrade..

There is a brake upgrade kit in the works that is getting engineering approval atm, will be using all AU2 uprights, hubs etc. Any available AU Brake upgrade will fit this when it is completed.

I've been waiting for someone to do a kit like this, all that would be required is a lower arm and then you can bolt in the AU hardware... from what I can surmise, the upper arm is basically identical/bolt in.

That is what the kit will be once it is done, and will be made legal too

Do you mind if I ask how the lower arm will be manufactured? Only because I looked into tubular lower arms a while ago but ended up cbf'd with cost of getting a one off approval.
