I have a mate who is trying to raise his AU2 ute and I had a thought that MAYBE BA rtv front and rear shocks and springs may fit the AU ute?

It currently has 30mm raised pedders springs and shocks but they seem to do SFA, seen as the BA is basically a AU ute with minor changes. I was thinking maybe its a chance that it MAY fit a AU to raise it about 3-4 higher than stock? he lives on a dirt road about 50k out of town, I suggested it MAY work but wanted to know if any other had any ideas if it would fit?

Or if you guys have any other suggestions to raise it, I know if its raised it needs longer shocks to work correctly, hense why I suggested RTV suspention?

If it were me, I would be looking at getting something special from a suspension people.
The RTV has different stub axles and xmember, too much money to do via Ford, you would be looking at over $3000.00.

You could see if this is still available as a start. It is missing a few bits but most is there.
