Mate has an AU series 2 XLS ute. Trans is making grinding noises whenever driving. fluid levels in trans are fine. definite grinding noise/feeling from trans. thinking maybe a bearing. Anyone able to shed some light on this maybe? thanx in advance.

This ones a bit difficult, bit like diagnosing cancer over the fone using a cough as the symptom. Sure its not the torque converter?
