hey people,
i remember reading some where that you can put an au1 diff cover on an e series for a better watts link pivot point. Would this be true for an ef lsd? cheers Mystro |

Sorry to sound a bit ignorant here, but what's that going to acheive? What's wrong with the standard pivot point?

ive got biggerer sway bars and rods,evo3 nolathane,custom suspension ,all el,f,g in front too
and will be drilling and putting el xr upper control arms in rear. diff will be off and newer so i thought lowered car lower pivot point ,why not |

iirc it was street fords i read it,
if you driven ef vs el imo the difference in rear steer is enough to want to modify specially on a wet windy road. |

EL had the revised watts link pivot position.
The difference is noticeable. If you swap the entire diff, you'll also require the rear half of the hand brake cable.

i have an el lsd rear end inc handbrake cable im freshening up. glad i dont have to find an au diff cover ... only thing left ef init now is the chassis and brains lol |

Watts link is the same from XE onwards and the diff cover is EL/AU type.
