I have an au2 and have changed the rear brake lines due to age 947000km the fluid has dropped past the half way mark in master cyl but not when bleeding do i have to bleed the abs module or just the lines I beleive you start from left rear left front right front right rear dose that sound wright

you usually start from the furtherst away from the master cyl..
pas rear,drivers rear,pas front and then drivers front..

Do I need a special tool for this or should say a brake pipe spanner, if so, what size?

you can just use a std ring spanner .. the bleed nipple on the calipers are 10mm from memory..
