Hi I have a au2 The auto changes gears smoothly but when i tale a corner or roundabout the put foot down it drops down 2 gears really sharply hense interesting in the wet could this be solenoids or just needs a service

depends on if your putting the foot flat to the floor or not.
flat to the floor will make it drop 1-3 gears depending on ya speed. if it dropping that many gears and your foot is not flat. start by doing a trans service kit and see if it helps. |

no only light pressure especially in the wet having a service day on both my fords on monday ( iff it dosnt rain of course) thanks for tip

levels are fine I have a dip stick in the au handy being an ex taxi im changing the tps as well
