I have a 1992 eb xr8 was factory auto and has been converted to manual. Well I f**k my manual box so now because I'm having troubles finding a v8 t5 I'm going to have to change it back to auto.
What I want to know. Is....
Is manual tail shaft and auto tail shafts the same in the xr8 manual and auto

Yes, all E series Short Wheel Base have the same tailshaft length Auto or Manual. Wagons/Fairlane/LTD of course being Long Wheel Base also have longer Tailshafts to suit the LWB.
